PhD in Kinesiology (Sport Management) Open House

Individuals interested in pursuing their PhD in Kinesiology may attend an Open House October 18th.

Are you interested in pursuing your PhD in Kinesiology (Sport Management)?  Please join us for an Open House on October 18th.

When:

What will students learn at this Open House:

  • Meet the faculty and hear about their research
  • Meet current PhD students and learn about their backgrounds, research interests, and publication/presentation success
  • Program Overview
  • Campus tour

10:00 AM  Welcome and schedule overview
10:15 AM  Prospective student introductions
10:30 AM  Meet the faculty and hear about their research
11:00 AM  Current PhD student back grounds, research interests, and publication/presentation success
11:30 AM  Program Overview - curriculum, research expectations, funding, teaching opportunities, and process(i.e. start of degree to completion and job placement)
12:30 PM  Lunch provided
1:15 PM    Open discussion
1:45 PM    Campus Tour
2:30 PM    Adjourn
