At 66, he enrolled at LSU and, after not playing an instrument for 45 years, marched his way into the Golden Band from Tigerland. From a lifelong fan with an old Tiger Band LP to a sousaphone player on Victory Hill, Kent’s journey proves it’s never too late to chase your dreams.
