Most people think of retirement as slowing down—but not Kent Broussard. At 66, he enrolled at LSU and, after not playing an instrument for 45 years, marched his way into the Golden Band from Tigerland. From a lifelong fan with an old Tiger Band LP to a sousaphone player on Victory Hill, Kent’s journey proves it’s never too late to chase your dreams.
