On June 5th, 2025, Pennington Biomedical launched their Greaux Healthy campaign with the goal of preventing and treating childhood obesity across Louisiana.

Three LSU engineering students, Victoria Irondi, Nnamdi Dike, and Trevor Perrault, were honored at the 2025 Child Passenger Safety Conference for creating a car seat alert system designed to prevent hot car deaths.Recognized by the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission and Passenger Safety Task Force, their life-saving project was celebrated by safety leaders across the state.#LSU #WBTTW
