AHRD Presents Cutting Edge Award to Dr. Shinhee Jeong
Louisville, Kentucky-Dr. Shinhee Jeong has been named a winner of the Cutting Edge Award of the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD), for her work on the paper titled, "The Multi-Level Effects of HR Practices and Paternalistic Leadership on Organizational Commitment," written with collaborators Dr. Dae Seok Chai from Colorado State University and Baek-kyoo Joo of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
